SwimLog operates as a strictly local application. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any external servers.

  • User Data: All athlete profiles, training sessions, and test results are stored locally on your device using your device's internal storage (such as SharedPreferences and local databases).
  • Account: We do not require account creation, login, or registration to use the App.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Because your data is stored exclusively on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete all your SwimLog data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device's system settings.

4. Permissions

The App requests the following permissions to function properly:

  • Internet Access: Used solely to load typography resources (via Google Fonts) and to facilitate the sharing of reports via your device's native sharing features. The App does not send any usage or personal data to backend servers.
  • Storage / File Access: Used to generate and save PDF and Excel reports directly to your device so you can view or share them.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect minimal data required for their operation:

  • Google Fonts: Used for app typography. Google may receive standard log information (such as your IP address) solely to serve the font files.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
